Who can report an issue?
Producers, brand owners, distributors, retailers and consumers can report incorrect recognition, inaccurate catalogue facts, claims without clear sources or outdated information.
A complaint does not automatically mean a product is removed. We aim to review evidence and correct or clarify material as appropriate.
What to include
- Product: brand, exact name, pack size, harvest year if known, and a catalogue link.
- Issue: identify the specific field or statement that is wrong or out of date.
- Correct detail and evidence: relevant packaging, an official product page, producer document or a laboratory report for the specific batch if available.
- Contact: a return email address; avoid identification documents and unnecessary personal information.
How requests are reviewed
We may check whether the supplied sources match the product and batch, ask for more documentation, update an explanation, correct a data field or consider temporarily hiding a disputed claim.
Producer statements and independent test results remain distinct types of evidence. A request does not guarantee automatic removal or a particular outcome or timeframe.
